That day you see an ad in the paper and it says looking for college grad, one year experience, data entry,  paid holidays, between $40k and $80k per. You say “how did they know,I’m all those things and 80k per is great” You head down there best Suit and Tie, clean haircut shoes polished. Only to show up and discover that there’s hundreds of people that look exactly like you. Your appointment is scheduled for 8:08 a.m. You get interviewed at 11 you’re out of there by 11:20 a.m. Only to find out later that there  were only two positions available. That’s called supply and demand. If he did gets the job, whats his pay? Who’s in control of this interview?
