Selling Ain’t Telling

Here at the dealership as I passed by the haters got me to thinking, wow! If you don’t have haters you must not be doing your job right.

This selling car thing is so embedded in my brain, burn in if you will. Do to the fact that I had the most incredible sales training, first at Bally’s Total Fitness, S/O to Bally’s and then my man Kelly Farley at the Ford Store in Utah, he knew his stuff, top to bottom. Between these two they made me the “ultimate selling machine”. These skills have paid my bills since day one!! And afforded me the ability to venture into different avenues. So thank you car business.

I always been told that selling ain’t telling, selling is probing, understanding your potential client hot spots, what’s important to them, who gives a shit what you like, its all about the client, and there is no need to be right, I just want to sell you a car.

Asking questions is the key to it all, meet and greet, make a friend, have product knowledge, read books, be some form of educated, build rapport. Love what you do.
